Originally a coach house, Headlands Cottage is located in Holcombe, sitting above the Coast Path between Teignmouth and Dawlish. Caroline Shortt from Barc Architects, with her partner Billy Cheeseman, who is a carpenter/builder, transformed this two-bedroom property into a contemporary family home.
