Redcliffe is a water lover's paradise near Shaldon. From the enclosed garden it has direct access to the river via spiral steps down to a private quay. At high tide you can canoe from the jetty and a semi-dry mooring is also available. The stylish kitchen and fabulous sitting/dining-room, all with sliding doors, lead out onto the large balcony running the length of the house. A cedar hot tub sits on the ground floor's wraparound decking.
Owners Denise and Roger Bufton are local residents who have created this fabulous holiday home, with an eco-friendly air-sourced heating system and solar panels. Wherever possible they have sourced from Devon and Westcountry suppliers and craftsmen.
