Cleave Barton, a property built on a 10-acre site

In 2000, Julia and Steve Paramor moved to Devon from London and bought Cleave Barton, a property built on a 10-acre site during the late 1800s as part of Bickleigh Mill near Tiverton. They got planning permission to convert the main house and barns in 2002, creating their home plus a community of 10 art studios alongside their 60ft Red Earth Gallery.
