Novella, a neat cob cottage tucked down a country lane in rural North Devon, is available to rent and sleeps up to six guests.
The owners have created a luxurious interior with a mixture of country cottage and French chateau style. Highlights include layered rugs, velvet sofas, antique furnishings, bird print wallpaper, and a living wall of fig plants.
The tasteful kitchen comes fully equipped for any stay with underfloor heating, a fridge-freezer, washing machine, integrated combination microwave oven, Rayburn, induction hob, coffee machine, washing machine and tumble dryer.
A television room and a dining room with a wood burner creates the perfect welcoming space for evening meals with family and friends. The sitting room is full of light, thanks to the property’s beautiful arched windows.
The house has three bedrooms: a master with a king-size bed and en suite, a double with a super king-size zip-and-link bed and use of the family bathroom, and the third with a king-size bed and en suite shower room. There is also a small nursery on the upper ground floor.
Novella is enclosed by a walled garden, where there is a recessed hot tub with beautiful views, a trampoline, table tennis (during the summer months), and a covered kitchen garden.
